An objective of my internship was to learn more about planning a wedding. Specifically I was able to visit stores throughout New York. When I visited these stores, I went prepared with questions to ask, and specific points to look at carefully. I was able to distinguish the difference between certain qualities of each store. For example hospitality, dress quality, quantity, and style. I asked questions such as their price range, preparation date, and alternations. 

 

Below is a journal of my visits. In each store, I took pictures of some of my favorite pieces and a summary of my thoughts and specific qualities of the store that I liked or disliked. From this I learned what each store has to offer, this is so if I was ever to refer a bride to a dress shop, I would be able to guide her to the one that fits her style best.
